KeeperRL

KeeperRL is a roguelike that offers up a traditional adventure in which you play as a hero and must survive in a dangerous world full of dungeons. What's more, you can also choose to begin a game in classic Dungeon Keeper style. In this second mode of play, you will control a mage who needs to build a subterranean fortress inhabited by tons of evil creatures. To do so, you'll need the help of goblins to dig through walls, collect resources, build rooms, etc. Outside of 'Dungeon Keeper mode', KeeperRL provides a pretty traditional roguelike experience. You'll explore an open medieval fantasy world with different villages, important locations, and dungeons. The dungeons are full of enemies to fight like mice, ghosts, and other creatures. KeeperRL is a brilliant mix between Dungeon Keeper and the roguelike genre. Best of all, although its gameplay is profound and varied, the game's interface is accessible enough to make it quite easy to use any of its features.
