Spotify Stations

Spotify Stations is an official Spotify app for Android that provides you with all of Spotify's top radio stations -- for free. Obviously, you won't be the one choosing which song is playing next, or even which bands you'll be listening to, but given the price for this service, that's not too bad of a trade-off. And, in any case, you pick out the musical genre for each radio station you'll be tuning into, for example: jazz, classic rock, or pop hits. Designed with ease-of-use in mind, this app's interface is fairly comfy. From your main screen you'll notice that all of the channels available are listed so you won't need to scroll up and down in order to change stations. Plus from your settings menu, there is a customizable list of channels that you can toggle through. Say you'd like to listen to the latest one hit wonder -- there's a channel for that. While it isn't included by default, all you have to do is add it onto your channel list to listen. Spotify Stations is an excellent alternative to Spotify's official app. Particularly for users who aren't interested in paying for 'Premium' user status. Enjoy thousands of top hits without the hassle of finding them. Plus it's ad-free and won't cost you a cent.
