Fortnite is a battle royale style game, in which you need to collect resources and destroy all opponents on the map to be the winner. Weapons and healing items are scattered throughout the environment, as well as chests containing a large amount of rewards.
If it were to define Fortnite in one word, we would choose "unique". With its concept of battle royale that differs from all others of the genre, it leads not only to competitiveness, but also to the peak of the fun that a game can provide.
What makes the experience different from that of titles like Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds is that the developer has gone completely the opposite way than we expected. Here, the focus is not on realism or the struggle for survival: what matters is entertainment, improvisation and laughter during the action. This is reflected in each of the elements, from the graphics to the design of the characters and scenarios.
Speaking of visual, here we find a unique 3D style that satirizes its contemporaries. The dolls do not make a point of hiding to put their guerrilla tactics into practice, the colors stand out in each frame and the textures and particles are worthy of fantasy games. This all contributes to the comedy ambience, in addition to creating a unique identity.
And how many fingers do you need to play Fortnite?
We cannot leave out the dynamics. The pace we find in Fortnite is extremely fast, and the reaction time is what defines the skill level (beyond aiming, of course). The construction mode contributes a lot and brings another differential to the game, making the challenge even more interesting, while increasing the number of resources available to the characters. With that, answering the question above: the more fingers, the better.
There are games and tastes. Some prefer the more realistic ones, others look for something to satisfy their leisure time, and some are after fun. Fortnite, however, is capable of changing opinions and unites all types of people. It is well worth adding it to your collection.
