Age of Sparta

Age of Sparta is a strategy game where you build your own empire set in ancient Greece by constructing buildings, recruiting troops, conquering territories, and, of course, sending armies to war. Gameplay in Age of Sparta is the usual for this type of game: you raise new buildings in your territory, which will help you get new troops and more resources. In turn, the more and better units you have, the better you'll do against your opponents. And, of course, your strongest rivals are the ones you'll get the most advantages from. You can design your city however you want, choosing where to place each building, what types of edifices to build, and so on. You can also form alliances with other players, making mutually beneficial relationships. Ultimately, however, Age of Sparta is a strategy game that doesn't innovate on anything or add anything original to the genre. Not even the setting is refreshing.
